Once a month, the service has music of a more contemporary flavor provided by the Worship Band. All children from Kindergarten through 8th grade start in the Sanctuary for worship and follow Pastor Smoke to Sunday School after the Moment for Children.

Messy Church

Messy Church is a new kind of service on the second Sunday of the month for parents and children to share. There will be a time to make crafts as a family, a short (and lively) time of gathering, and a family friendly lunch. This time will be about building community along with thinking about that greater power that is creator and love of all. It takes place in the church gym.

Please register in advance so that we can prepare food and supplies.

Easter Flowers

Ordering for Easter flowers begins March 1. There are envelopes in the pews to be used for ordering. If you would like to purchase a plant, please fill out the information on the front of the envelope and enclose a check. You may indicate on the envelope if you would like the flowers in memory of someone or in honor of someone. Place your order in the offering plate on Sunday or bring it to the church office.

Easter flower options are:

  • Easter Lilies - $15.00 per plant
  • Tulips - $12.00 per plant
  • Azaleas - $20.00 per plant
  • Hydrangeas - $28.00 per plant

You may also order your Easter flowers using the Paypal form below. The price will include an additional $2.00 for the Paypal service charge. If you have any questions, please contact Sheila in the office (630.968.7120).

Please note the 8:15 a.m. service will still be held in the Chapel.
