Worship

This service, which is in the intimate setting of the Heartt Memorial Chapel, consists of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon. There is no Sunday School during this service.

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary. Once a month, the service has music of a more contemporary flavor provided by the Worship Band. All children from Kindergarten through 8th grade start in the Sanctuary for worship and follow Pastor Smoke to Sunday School after the Moment for Children.

At this service, the eight-grade Onward Bound students will be confirmed.

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with special music usually performed by the Chancel Choir. There is no Sunday School at this service, but there will be a children's sermon, after which children will return to their family to experience worship.

The Chancel Choir, led by Diane Hires, and accompanied by Pattie Barnes, will present Sunrise Mass, a spiritual, extended work by Ola Gjeilo, which brings us on a metaphysical journey from the heavens to earth.
