The Mingling Methodists Group is for individuals who are interested in socializing with people from church. We’ll be getting together in casual settings that will consist primarily of people’s homes. All you’ll need to do is bring yourself, your spouse, or a friend, and an appetizer and beverage to share with the group.
This is a group of senior adults who get together the second Wednesday of each month for a social activity, fun and fellowship. Some of their activities have included a trolley ride to the Sears homes in Downers Grove, a trip to Starved Rock, Christmas in Chicago, a movie: "Singing in the Rain"; a play in Naperville and a Sing-A-Long.
Dr. Osvaldo Vena will continue the study of the Gospel of Mark which began last spring. Osvaldo is a professor of New Testament at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, and author of
