South DuPage CROP Hunger Walkers

For more than three decades, each October, members of the communities of Darien, Downers Grove, Lisle, Woodridge, and Westmont, have walked through downtown Downers Grove and the surrounding neighborhoods to raise awareness about hunger and to raise funds to help neighbors – near and far – who struggle with the problem of hunger.

We invite your business to join our community in this endeavor and become a Corporate Sponsor by making a donation to the South DuPage CROP Hunger Walk. Your financial support for CROP Hunger Walk will help alleviate hunger and our publicity will proudly display your business as a supporter and leader in our community.

A quarter of the donations go to local food pantries and social services and 75% of donations go to the hunger-fighting work of Church World Service around the world.

You may choose from four different levels of sponsorship, each with a varying degree of recognition for your participation (any amount is welcome):

Up to $149	Seeds	Your business name will appear on this website and in a South DuPage CROP Walk social media post.
$150-$299	Great Grains	As above plus: your business name will appear on the route map distributed to walkers and in small print on the South DuPage CROP Walk T-shirts.
$300-$399	Amber Fields	As above but: your business name will be in medium print on the T-shirts
$400 or more	Harvest	As above but: your business name will be in large print on the T-shirts

While CROP Walk occurs October 19, 2025, we must identify sponsors early to prepare promotional materials. If your online donation is received by August 29, 2025, your company name will be included in pre-Walk publicity and recognized on CROP Walk Day.

There are two ways that you can sponsor the walk.

Donate Online

Click the button below to donate online. Be sure to identify “donation from a company”, your Company Name, and “South DuPage Crop Hunger Walk.”

Send a Check

Write a check made payable to "CWS/CROP" and mail it to Church World Service at the address below. Add a note stating your company name and that the donation is to support the "South DuPage CROP Hunger Walk."
