This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with music of a more contemporary flavor usually performed by the high school Chapel Choir accompanied by the Chapel Choir Band. The service may also include music from the Worship Band or one of our handbell choirs. All children from Kindergarten through 8th grade start in the Sanctuary for worship and follow Pastor Smoke to Sunday School after the Moment for Children.

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with special music usually performed by the Chancel Choir. The service may also include music from one of our handbell choirs. Children may go with Pastor John Smoke to Sunday school following the children's sermon or may return to worship with their family.

Chancel Choir

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with special music usually performed by the Chancel Choir. The service may also include music from one of our handbell choirs. Children may go with Pastor John Smoke to Sunday school following the children's sermon or may return to worship with their family. Preschool children will be in the nursery. Kindergarten through 5th grade will return to the sanctuary during the final hymn.

A Carol Trip Around the World

On December 4, the Chancel Choir will present their annual Christmas Cantata. The choir will perform 20 carols from countries across the globe and will include a visual presentation to serve as a road map on this Christmas journey.

Along the way, they will be joined by some of our children's choirs for a rousing Christmas carol. John Smoke will act as guide for both children and adults as we take A Carol Trip Around the World. We hope you will join us!

A Service of Christmas Peace

Romans 15:13

For many, especially those who have lost a loved one, or are in other times of struggle, the Christmas Season is difficult. A special Service of Christmas Peace will be held on Sunday, December 6 in the Chapel. This service will include time for reflection, remembering those we hold in our hearts and hearing the promise of comfort, hope and peace that Christmas proclaims. All are welcome.
