Foundations Class - The Methodist Identity
In the congregation we are called Methodists, but do we know the story of Methodism and how it was formed?
Join us Sunday mornings starting this September to learn more about our Methodist Identity. In Part 1: Our Story, leading Methodist scholars describe the 18th century Wesleyan revival England and the growth of Methodism in the United States and around the world.
This course will benefit both lifelong Methodists and those coming to Methodism from other traditions.
Topics include: John and Charles Wesley: The Early Years; Methodist Beginnings; American Methodism; and Methodism and Social Holiness.
If you are interested in learning our history, please plan on attending. This class will be taught by Gary Ketterer.
