Impacts of Immigration Forum
"Immigration policy should be generous; it should be fair; it should be flexible. With such a policy we can turn to the world, and to our own past, with clean hands and a clear conscience." - John F. Kennedy, A Nation of Immigrants, 1964.
The Adult Education Work Area invites you to learn more about the impacts of immigration as we sift through the facts and fiction of how immigration affects our community. Presenters will include advocates from Justice for Our Neighbors - Northern Illinois Conference, Rev. Michael Mann and Emmy Lou John.
