Top Ten Reasons I Attend DGFUMC

You've all seen David Letterman's Top Ten Lists. Well, the Membership Committee is creating a "Top Ten Reasons I Attend DGFUMC" and are looking for your input. Please have all family members complete the survey form attached below. You do not have to fill in all 10 spaces unless you have at least 10 reasons you attend. 3, 5, or 7 will do as well. The Membership Committee will be collecting your survey feedback throughout April via the collection plates, by emailing Ward Feste at wfeste@gmail.com or by messaging your reasons to the DGFUMC Facebook page.
